OGE recently issued reports to the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Both have solid ethics programs largely due to the efforts of David Smith (DAEO) and Bill Persina (Alternate DAEO) at the FLRA and Cary Williams at the Federal Reserve.
