See 67 FR 75385-75393 (pt. XXXVI) (12/09/02). The notice can be accessed at: http://www.usoge.gov/pages/laws_regs_fedreg_stats/fedreg_issuances/2002fedreg.html PROGRAM REVIEW NEWS OGE recently issued reports of ethics program reviews at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (University) and the International Trade Commission. Neither of the reports contained any recommendations. In particular, Brad Beall--the Designated Agency Ethics Official at the University--is to be commended . The University, Congressionally-established to train men and women for careers as medical officers in the military services and Public Health Service, faces unique ethics challenges, which Mr. Beall successfully addresses.
