The session will focus on the overall structure of the proposed regulations as well as selected key issues addressed in the rule. The session will presume general familiarity with 18 U.S.C. 207. The session will be presented in the auditorium of the Office of Personnel Management, at 1900 E Street, NW., Washington, DC. It will begin at 9:30 a.m., and will last approximately two hours. CORRECTION TO PROPOSED POST-EMPLOYMENT RULE On March 31, 2003, OGE published three minor corrections to the proposed post-employment rule originally published on February 18. See 68 FR 15385 (3/31/03) (corrections); 68 FR 7843-7892 (proposed rule). The errors being corrected are as follows: a fifth example following paragraph (g) of proposed § 2641.204 was inadvertently omitted; a note following paragraph (g) of proposed § 2641.205 was mistakenly incorporated into the text of that section as proposed; and some unintended text was included in paragraph (e)(5)(iii)(E) of proposed § 2641.301. As a reminder, please note that comments on the proposed rule must be received by OGE on or before May 19, 2003.
