The report covers payments received during the period beginning on October 1, 2002, and ending on April 30, 2003. Agencies are required to submit negative reports. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE NEWS OGE issued DAEOgram DO-03-005 on April 24, 2003, asking all executive branch agencies to update their list of public financial disclosure report (SF 278) filers who are required to have their reports filed with OGE. Agency responses are due to either Tom Zorn or Teresa Weakley by May 15, 2003.
