NEW ETHICS PROGRAM REVIEW GUIDELINES AVAILABLE ON THE OGE WEBSITE (www.usoge.gov) The new "Ethics Program Review Guidelines," May 2003, are now on OGE's Web site and can be accessed at: http://www.usoge.gov/pages/forms_pubs_otherdocs/fpo_files/prd_mats/prdrevguide.pdf Under these guidelines, OGE is continuing to assess agencies' compliance with the minimal ethics requirements. In addition, OGE is measuring the effectiveness of programs in terms of the systems, processes, procedures, etc., that agencies have established, beyond the minimal requirements, to prevent ethics violations from occurring. These May 2003 guidelines replace previous editions of the guidelines. 2. NEW INTERNATIONAL PAGES AVAILABLE ON THE OGE WEBSITE OGE's Office of Government Relations and Special Projects (OGRSP) announces the posting of new international Web pages on OGE's Web site. You may reach these pages by clicking on the "International" link on OGE's main Web page or by going directly to: http://www.usoge.gov/pages/international/internat_page.html The pages contain information regarding OGE's international technical assistance and cooperation activities and include translations of certain documents and informational links to domestic and international entities that deal with the topic of corruption. 3. OGE RULEMAKINGS The latest OGE semiannual regulatory agenda was published on May 27, 2003 in the Federal Register as part of the executive branchwide Spring 2003 Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions.
