OGE ISSUES DAEOGRAM REGARDING REPORTING PAYMENTS ACCEPTED UNDER 31 U.S.C. § 1353 The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) issued DAEOgram DO-03-023 on November 18, 2003 regarding the reporting payments accepted under 31 U.S.C. §1353. The next semiannual report should be submitted to OGE no later than November 30, 2003, concerning payments received from April 1, 2003, through September 30, 2003. The DAEOgram can be accessed at: http://www.usoge.gov/pages/daeograms/2003daeolist.html 2. 2003 ANNUAL AGENCY ETHICS PROGRAM QUESTIONNAIRE The 2003 Annual Agency Ethics Program Questionnaire is due to the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) no later than February 1, 2004. Your response to this questionnaire will constitute your annual report as required by section 402(e)(1) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, as amended. The questionnaire covers the period January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003 and must be submitted to OGE on or before February 1, 2004. This year Designated Agency Ethics Officials will submit their agency questionnaire to OGE by using our new on-line version which will be available on the OGE website in the coming weeks. More information on the on-line version will be provided once it is available for use. Please refer to DAEOgram DO-02-031, dated December 24, 2002, for revisions that were made to the questionnaire. The questionnaire can be found on the Forms, Publications and Other Ethics Documents section of the OGE web site.
