REPORTING PAYMENTS ACCEPTED UNDER 31 U.S.C. § 1353 OGE issued DAEOgram DO-04-010 on May 14, 2004 reminding agency heads to submit to the Director, Office of Government Ethics (OGE) semiannual reports of payments for travel, subsistence and related expenses received from non-Federal sources in connection with the attendance of employees at certain meetings or similar functions. (31 U.S.C. § 1353) The next semiannual report should be submitted to OGE not later than May 31, 2004, concerning payments received from October 1, 2003, through March 31, 2004. PUBLIC FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE REPORT (SF 278) DUE DATES For your convenience, below are the 2004 due dates for annual public financial disclosure reports as well as the 45-day and 90-day filing extensions. - Annual Reports Due May 17 ($200 Late Filing Fee Due if Report Filed After June 16) - 45-Day Extension July 1 ($200 Late Filing Fee Due if Report Filed After August 2) - 90-Day Extension August 16 ($200 Late Filing Fee Due if Report Filed After September 15) 3.
